All appointments will be booked with a valid credit card on file. No exceptions will be made.
We require 48 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule. If notice is not given, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply. This will not be credited towards future appointments.
NO SHOWS will result in 100% of the scheduled service being charged. This will not be credited towards a future appointment.
Cancelling/moving same day of your appointment will result in 80% of the scheduled service being charged. This will not be credited towards a future appointment.
PLEASE NOTE that frequent reschedules and cancellations will not be tolerated and may result in being banned from booking future appointments. Chargebacks will also result in being banned from Sage permanently.
Being sick is unfortunate, however you may still be subject to a cancellation fee. Of course, emergencies and some circumstances may qualify to have the fee waived. Please contact me to discuss if the fee will apply to you.

When you book an appointment, you are acknowledging these policies.
If you are 15 or more minutes late for your service, you may not be accommodated. A charge of 50% of your scheduled service may apply before allowing you to reschedule. This will not be credited towards your next appointment.
I do accept teen appointments. If they are under 18, a parent must remain present during the service and sign the appropriate paperwork. If your teen shows up unaccompanied, they may not be taken.
No extra guests may be present, unless supervising a teen. This includes bringing children. I only have one seat for a parent in my room, so please do not bring children with you. It’s also a hazard with hot wax and a steamer, and I don’t want anyone getting hurt on the premises.
