Booking/Cancelation Policy

All appointments will be booked with a valid credit card on file. No exceptions will be made.

We require 48 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule. If notice is not given, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply.

NO SHOWS will result in 100% of the scheduled service being charged. 

Canceling within 4 hours of your appointment time will result in 80% of the scheduled service being charged.

PLEASE NOTE: Constant cancellations or reschedules may result in being banned. Please respect my business and my policies.

Of course, emergencies do happen. Please contact me and we will determine if a fee will apply. 

If you are 15 or more minutes late for your service, you may not be accommodated. A charge of 50% of your scheduled service may apply before allowing you to reschedule. 

I do accept teen appointments. If they are under 18, a parent must remain present during the service and sign the appropriate paperwork. If your teen shows up unaccompanied, they may not be taken. 

No extra guests may be present, unless supervising a teen. This includes bringing children. I only have one seat for a parent in my room, so please do not bring children with you. It’s also a hazard with hot wax and a steamer, and I don’t want anyone getting hurt on the premises.
