Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a valid credit card on file, no exceptions.

At Sage we require 48 hours notice to cancel or move your appointment. If notice is not given, a charge of 50% will incur. 


Cancelling same day will incur an 80% charge.

Should you not show up to your appointment, 100% will be charged.

Please note that more than 2 reschedules of the same appointment will result in a non refundable booking fee moving forward of 50%. Frequent rescheduling and cancellations will not be tolerated.

Of course emergencies do happen. Please contact me in the case of an emergency, and we will discuss whether the fee will apply to you. Unfortunately even sickness may incur a charge. Please understand as a small business, we can’t afford to give everyone breaks.

Late policy

Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes for waxing, and 10 minutes for facials may not be accommodated.

Please keep in mind that if you are too late to be taken, a no show fee may apply. 

Teen Policy

I do accept teen appointments. However, if they are under 18, a parent must remain present during the service. Please note that if your teen shows up unaccompanied, they may not be taken.

Child Policy

No children are permitted to accompany you during your treatment. They may not be left in the hallways unattended, as it’s a liability,  so please leave the little ones at home! Parents will of course accompany their child if they are receiving treatment.
